EXCHANGE POLICY:
You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. de The garment must be unused, in perfect condition, and with the corresponding tags. No exceptions.
Write to us at clame.arg@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your full name + ID + Order Number + phone number.
2. Let us know which garment/s you want to exchange.
3. Mandanos la dirección completa para el envío de la prenda nueva.
4. Send the garment/s you want to exchange to the Avenida Libertador Showroom, San Isidro (we will provide the delivery number when you contact us). The opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM. You can send us the garment/s by the method of your choice, but we do not accept shipments via Correo Argentino (Argentine Postal Service). It's important that you include all the aforementioned details with the garment/s so that we can identify the exchange and avoid delays.
5. Once the garment arrives at the store, we will contact you to initiate the exchange process.
The shipping cost for the first exchange is free. It takes between 15 to 30 business days.
You can exchange it for a product of the same value or pay the difference before the garment is shipped.
Items from the CLAMÉ VINTAGE section (out-of-season garments) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a garment defect. The same applies to items from special events like "Cyber Monday" or "Hot Sale."
If you don't want any other product, we'll provide you with a discount coupon for the total value of the garments to be exchanged, valid for one year.
RETURNS:
We only offer money refunds if the garment you received is defective or does not match the one you chose. Returns will only be processed through the same payment method used. You have up to 10 days after the purchase to request a return. The return will be processed once we receive the garment in our warehouse. This process may take up to approximately 15 business days and will be reflected in your credit card statement or your Mercado Pago account. The shipping cost is covered by us.
Items from the CLAMÉ VINTAGE section (out-of-season garments) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a garment defect.
